Gondel M. • November 11, 2016One stop from Shinagawa station. Good looks like new hotel. Small room as Japan standard. Breakfast is among the best even tough expensive.
Susan S. • February 16, 2015The surrounding park alone around the hotel deserves a special mention, with all the traditional Japanese gardens, houses and scenery. The rooms are excellent, and the service very good.
Nick P. • August 25, 2015Super cool hotel for the price, many good hotel restaurants nearby and nearby cigar whiskey bar
Anshul A. • November 18, 2014Nice ambience and Japanese garden. But it's a little inside from the main road, difficult to locate.

Johan G. • April 1, 2012The restaurant "Top of Shinagawa" on the 42nd floor is open for breakfast once a week, but apart from a great view (from some tables) its not worth it
Steve ‘Pudgy’ D. • November 17, 2012Some upward Keikyū trains, including runs of the “Blue Sky” consist, terminate here rather than @ Shinagawa. This allows you to then board a Toei Asakusa train to Aoto (& there to Narita Airport).
Steve ‘Pudgy’ D. • December 13, 2012This is the upward terminus for the Keikyū 2-door car, all-transverse seat trains. They run downward to Misakiguchi.
