Izalette • September 12, 2018The elevator kept stopping on the 2nd lobby floor (waste time). Cleaning team would leave all cleaning supplies outside the hallway, very messy. Room design is awesome: the toilet door is two way!

Peaman • March 28, 2018The room is clean, and the staffs are very kind. It takes 5 min to go to Ginza 4 bus stop. There is a convenience store next to the hotel. One disadvantage is very slow WiFi connection.

ブルーノ • January 24, 2020Stylish and cozy hotel. Rooms are TINY but beautifully decorated with lots of Muji amenities. Convenient location in the heart of Ginza. Not cheap as you’d expect but overall a nice stay.

Foodtraveler_theworld • February 29, 2024To stay with comfort and have space for your luggage size 20’ -25’ inches or larger, I would recommend booking larger room. Staffs can speak English and the location is great for shopping and dining.

William S. • August 19, 2014Great hotel to stay in Ginza if your main purpose is to shop. Single rooms might be very small, but the deluxe twin rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Tons of food around the hotel area.

Wendy • October 12, 2024The onsen is excellent; they are separated by gender, so women need not to worry. The hotel warns you that the onsens may get busy between 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM every night, but it closes at 1:00 AM.

Peaman • November 28, 2018バス、地下鉄のアクセスが良く、周辺にはお手頃な飲食店があります。部屋は明るく綺麗。難を言えば、共同の洗濯機が2台なので、洗濯前提の長期滞在には不利かも。ネットは夜間の速度はイマイチ。でも総合評価としては満足。
