ひょんちまる • February 7, 2019ランチ1種類が1週間続きます。店の前に見本が出ています。基本は広東系をさらに日本っぽく味付けしたものです。土鍋ご飯の上にのせるおかずが変わりますが、お米はジャポニカ米ではなくインディカ米です。この辺りで好き嫌いがわかれると思いますが、私は大好きです。特に鍋にこびりついたお焦げが美味い、美味い。唯一残念なことは、この2月からランチが100円値上げになった(890→990円)ことですかね。
