初音航空隊 • February 7, 2012昭和新撰 江戸三十三観音観音第21番札所。鎌倉時代、北条時頼が観音山に辻堂を建立し、石造の観音像を祀ったことに始まるとの由。慶長３年（1598）増上寺が移転してきたことにより境内地に含まれることになったとの由。

初音航空隊 • February 9, 2012昭和56年8月3日に故・山野愛子が願主となり建立・開眼。願主の一生が鋏によって支えられ、お陰によって生かされたことへの深い感謝と、鋏の中にみる己を滅して他を整え､美しくする働きを､観音様を拝む心とによって建立を発願。北村西望 氏の創作であるとの由。毎年8月3日を「鋏の日」とし、務めを果たし終えた鋏を収め、鋏供養法要が厳修されているとの由。
