Fuyuhiko T. • February 5, 2014Tomoharu Shono, who is an eatery owner and introduces himself as hyper ramen creator, is famous ramen chef in Tokyo. His speciality is tsukemen (dipping ramen). I highly recommend to salmon tsukemen.
