Fuyuhiko T. • October 20, 2013(私が行った時は) 店内のBGMはJAZZで普通の立ち食いそば屋とは違う感が全面に出てます。店名は「つぼみ家 四谷店」だが、公式サイトによると「つぼみ屋」は四ツ谷店しかないようだ。「かえし」は店で作っていて添加物は0だそうだ。卓上には岩塩や抹茶塩も置いてあるので、天ぷら系トッピングを選ぶ場合、蕎麦は「もり」で頼んだ方がより楽しめるかもしれません。リンクは公式サイト。(17th OCT, 2013)
