D L. • December 31, 2013A very local Japanese shop selling clam ramen, apparently very good for detoxify the liver! So have your beer and drink it too, and then head here for your clam ramen dose. Great atmosphere & owner.

能継 上. • June 16, 2024鰹昆布水のどごし生麺¥1300熊本の老舗製麺所の東京進出店とのこと。明け方4:00頃の訪問で店内ほぼ満席、人気です❗️加水率高めの平打ち麺はツルッともちもち。ほんのりとろみの昆布水につけ汁は節と魚粉を効かせてやや和な趣き。
