Rue. S. • January 10, 2021オーストラリアの貿易商バウデン氏の邸宅として、関東大震災後の 1925 年頃に山手町 45 番地に建てられた木造 2 階建の洋館。1991 年に当地に移設。震災の教訓から防火を意識したモルタル吹付けの白い外壁と、緑の窓枠のコントラストが印象的。
