Very nice place to step by if you are hungry after a visit at the 911 memorial, or after shopping in century 21. Cheap too. Barba-Yannis who owns it is a truly warm and welcoming person.

The pancakes are YUM! So are their muffins. Really anything for breaky is on point. Their sammiches are GOOOOD!

This was an amazing find in the Financial District. The food is exceptional, and the prices are more than reasonable.
