- Sarah KingApril 30, 2014Super friendly staff! Chef walked around greeting everyone. They saw me come in with a walking boot and immediately changed my room to something near the elevator. Very cool.
- Mona AKJune 25, 2019I liked this hotel , their breakfast, complimentary snacks and the area near shopping mall
- Marina DegtyarevaJuly 28, 2013It's really beautifully hotel with nice rooms, kind service, taste buffet, and free before dinner time 17 till 19 pm with alcohol&snsck. I been here 4 times and want more!
- Call the sales team if you have a group of 10 rooms or more for awesome discounts! Great location to all of Portland.
- Cost vs other similar hotels is little bit high. Hotel is nice but old. Huge cafetheria. Small gym for such a big hotel, only treadmill, bike and some weights, no machines at all.
- Victoria ChanJuly 1, 2012Included with your stay are free breakfast and managers reception. Free drinks and simple snacks!
- Duane C.July 17, 2011Everyone seemed to listen to the signs in the rooms saying 930-1030 is the busiest time for breakfast. It's busy right from the start at 730am.
- Parking spots are tight, but manager's reception every night makes up for it! Made to order omlettes every morning too
- Manager's Reception in main seating area from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Free drinks and snacks!!!
- Ben McGrailJune 12, 2013Staying here for a week with 3 kids. The beds are double not queen. Pull out couch is unsafe. The TVs are 20 year old tubes with bad sound. At least they have free margaritas!
- Reserve a North Tower room to avoid the "kiddy racetrack" noise from the atrium
- Saija LuontamaOctober 20, 2011Nice venue for corporate event, interesting building. There is room for improvement on the food, though.
- Manager's Reception from 5:30-7:30pm - free drinks = awesomeness!!!
- Terry DellSeptember 5, 2010The breakfast buffet is great, good little emergency gift shop and nice rooms.
- myopic friendFebruary 25, 2010Lobby is spacious and a good place for casual business meetings on the westside
- Spencer SorrellFebruary 6, 2014No Diamond parking? Musty, outdated rooms. Poorly functioning amenities in room. Will not return or recommend this location - this is a subpar property for Hilton standards.
- Leah JustesenAugust 20, 2011Horrible tight parking, bring your smallest car and go early if you're attending a conference.
