- Helen DurrantMay 16, 2018The staff here are always so lovely! Great cold brew and if you're lucky enough to grab a spot by a power outlet, a great place to work for a while.
- Brian Grogan Jr.July 30, 2016Cozy, laid-back café with a great music selection and even greater coffee!! Baristas are super chill, and they have a yard and outdoor seating in the back!
- Amazing garden in the back. Quiet, cozy place to get things done and have a great cup of coffee.
- Serious EatsApril 22, 2013This Bedford strip cafe has cornered the market on lush macchiatos, prepared brevé style as per the smart choice of their roaster—49th Parallel Coffee Roasters from Vancouver, BC.
- Winnie MendozaSeptember 14, 2019Vegan options! The Bruce is wonderful and the espresso always delicious. The ambiance is also great. 10/10
- Has been & remains my favorite coffee shop in Williamsburg. Small, chill, with great music and they make their iced teas to order. Never feels cramped unlike other ones nearby.
- Nice place to get some work done with a great cup of joe. Only, they kinda dislike you for doing it (the work thing, that is). You're not allowed to have your laptop out for more than one hour.
- Dame TravelerJune 25, 2017Friendly baristas, lots of outlets for working remotely, good coffee, fast wifi.
- SusumuMay 27, 2015There are cozy outdoor seats in the backyard. One of few cafes that are open after 7 pm on weekdays, which most of cafes close at 7 pm.
- The Espresso selection has switched from 49th Parallel's amazing "epic" blend to their "old school" The new blend is substantially inferior! Please switch back to Epic. So flat, no acid not sweet.
- Paola GuerreroDecember 13, 2016Great, strong coffee. I enjoy their events - open mics, tarot readings, etc. A very cool place. Not pretentious, which is rare for WB.
- Ariel VieraMay 15, 2014The bench right outside is possibly the best place to people watch the fashionable hordes of hipsters and Europeans that constantly roam Bedford Ave.
- Alexandra Mendez-DiezMay 21, 2016I'm loving the new barista owned incarnation of this place. The old El beit was great. Everything about the new Cafe Beit is just better!
- Some of the best coffee in NYC. They feature the great British Columbia based roaster 49th Parallel. Very good baked goods too
- the best espresso in wburg. the garden out back is the best during nice weather. there's even a shaded area with perfect working tables for your laptop or casual reading.
- Elle RothMarch 9, 2013Not as crowded as most Williamsburg coffee shops. The garden area in the back is super cute. Great place to go with a book.
- Pierre TouzetAugust 16, 2014The cold brew iced coffee is amazing. Pastries are not bad. Check out the backyard!
- Rachel W.September 26, 2015They use 49th Parallel beans, which is a big deal up in Vancouver. Get the banana bread and check out the backyard.
- Great backyard patio, and really solid macchiatos. Not the most knowledgeable staff and no "10 cups, 1 free" type of deal. But def a part of my morning routine.
- Lesley KAugust 9, 2013The oat m&m cookie and their home brewed ice teas are pretty yum. They make their own baked goods too 👌
- RUinSTYLE.com RUinSTYLE.comOctober 1, 2011Awesome hot drinks will chase away the fall & winter cold. The wifi is fast (weekdays only). The people watching is better on Bedford but their sister location Modca is a less crowded option.
- Cafe BeitApril 6, 2021The previous cafes foursquare was mixed with the new cafes foursquare. Cafe Beit has a much higher rating. Foursquare needs to fix this.
- Amanda LaneAugust 6, 2013Go to the back covered patio with your laptop, an iced cold press and buttery croissant to get in the twerking mood.
- Sylvain LienneMarch 19, 2015It was a good latte ! The place is also really cool to chill while drinking the coffee ! ;)
- Two words: back yard. Grab an outside table and a coffee, and do your work in the sunlight. They also have wireless!
- Brian MasefieldSeptember 20, 2014Great garden. Good coffee. They have almond milk, which is appreciated.
- Christopher LeBronJanuary 9, 2013After two stops during a mid-day bar crawl you'll need some coffee and the fresh Java roast coffee is the right pick me up.
- It can be a little claustrophobic when it's busy, but the internet is speedy and reliable, the coffees and teas are solid, and the staff is friendly.
- If you sit in the middle there's 3 pokestops. also great iced cold brew. ☄
- Heather JackFebruary 5, 2013Coconut oolong tea with a drop of milk and honey and the corner comfy armchair. You're done.
- Forget Toby's and Blue Bottle, THIS is the best espresso in Williamsburg.
