Nice airport, easy access and no long queues at the check-in desks. Keep in mind though that all around the airport paid parking is in place, lots of people seem to forget that!
best coffee spot is the "tulip inn" skylounge under the roof, hardly anyone notices the access bridge, so you'll always get a seat on one of the many vacant but cozycouches...
Small airport, not accessible by train so you'll have to take a bus. I visit this airport quite often because it has a late-night Starbucks (open till 23:00h). Short-time parking is quite expensive.
Check-in line can be long so do so before you arrive. Visa-check line should be shorter, but you can get visa stamp from check in counter. Security is quick: 5min.
Bit crowded but modern. Self-service baggage drop of. For an early flight you can spend the night cheaply in the Blue Collar Hotel (hostel), on about 15 min from the airport by bus.
There are really more shops and food corners than expected in such a small airport. Passport control is extremely poorly build so plan extra time but for the rest wellorganized.
Very good service! Did not know about the very early closure of luggage for Tel Aviv flight. Staff helped me to check luggage in and proceed to the gate immediately.
The airport doesn't work from 23:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. !!! If you don't want to stay outside you can take a double room for € 100 from the hotel above the airport
Train ticket to Amsterdam are valid for the 400 and 401 bus to Eindhoven Central Station. Do not trust indoor navigation signs, there is no train station at the airport.
Very stupid controller. Didn't allow their own traditional cheese to take with cabin luggage, reasoning that it's creamy!!! What could be done with creamy cheese?
Slow and limited WiFi, overcrowded as hell on busy days, pretty much the definition of a lowcost dominated airport. Don't rush through security (as there is not much to do in) but beware the queues
This airport has an unpleasant vibe in every way possible. WizzAir passengers do not forget to print your boarding passes beforehand. The shop and snack corner after security are expensive 2,5€ water.
dont forget to print your tickets or else it will cost you 20€ with wizzair and 70€ ryanair. no business inside the airport is allowed to print for you.. what a scam!
Free airport wifi up to one hour. Starbucks coffee with lots of plugs to charge your phone/laptop, decent restaurant upstairs (farmburger is really eatable).
Small airport generally used by those that think KLM is too expensive. Get the bus-train combination ticket from the yellow NS machine in the main hall.
This airport is small. So unlike overcrowded UK airports or Schipol it's quite relaxing experience. Just be careful about airport shuttle bus. 401 is stoping everywhere other goes directly to station.
