Nice happy hour. Quality steaks at a very reasonable price. Scallops were heaven. Had a caramel ice cream dessert that blew my mind with deliciousness (especially since I don't like caramel).
Portobello Fries (on the left) is a small plate good for two and you really have to try it. Texas Slow-Smoked Brisket (on the right) was tender, juicy, and flavorful. I recommend both of them.
Definitely rush to Echo & Rig for brunch on the weekends. Usually I go for breakfast but this time I tried the grilled cheese OMGosh UH-mazing. Don't forget about bottomless mimosas. Fav brunch spot.
Not enough good things to say about this place. The portobello fries are a great app & their steaks are perfect. The people who work here are attentive but not overbearing & the prices are great.
Part butcher, part steakhouse, this is one of the first artisanalbutcheries in Vegas. If you eat a steak you like at the restaurant, pick it up at the shop downstairs. Try the bib steak!

Great food and service. We tried fried portobello, fried spinach salad, Bone marrow from appetizers, Spencer and Rib-eye from steaks and berry shortcake from the sweets menu. All were so good.
Really neat place, nice bar downstairs, dinner upstairs. Great ambiance & clientele. Steaks were very good as well as the sides, martinis, & wine. The owner stop by and introduced himself, nice touch.
We had the most AMAZING dinner! Prices are incredible for Vegas dining, owners checked on us during dinner and staff is FABULOUS! A must for anyone traveling to Vegas to enjoy the local cuisine!
A great spot for a group of friends, good food, and bottomless mimosas. And bathroom is a religious experience. Go on the weekends for the brunch. 😋🍴🍳🍷

This place just opened so there were a lot of kinks. BUT, we liked the atmosphere and service. After waiting an hour for our food, we ate and REALLY loved our meal!!! Loved our spot by the stairs.
