Excellent selection of healthy AND delicious smoothies, regular to vegan breakfasts, breads, lunches, sandwiches. Cinnamon infused whole grain pancakes. Great “fuel” stop when biking Rio Vista area.

Had cheese omelet very tasty light and fluffy. Wanted pancakes but they didn't have sugar free syrup. Good service. Fair price. Good portions
