- Excellent location, stones throw to pretty much everything. Courteous & attentive staff. Large quiet rooms (12th Floor). Good in room dining. Styling update needed but over all in good condition.
- Good stuff: average internet speed, friendly staff, good location, comfy bed.Bad stuff: Really thin walls. You can hear the person opposite the wall of your bed headboard.
- Paul CanterburyDecember 13, 2013Service here is friendly and the location is great. Club rooms are fantastic, but a bit dated. Good hotel.
- Rachelle Elise Etienne BreidenbachMay 11, 2014Get a room in the back. It's quiet. Love the heating for cold nights:-)
- GeorgeAugust 29, 2013Don't try and rely on taxis turning up on time, arrange your own private chauffeured vehicle. Get an online quote www.exceedcs.com.au, surprisingly affordable rates.
- Tholoana TsotetsiJuly 8, 2011This is a progressive hotel alright it's got 1st class wireless connectivity that's just a blast---->>WoW(^-^)
- Lavinia RamneantuJune 5, 2014I can hear the person next to my room like if she was in the same room with me,such a noisy place
- UrbanKlaraAugust 1, 2012Lobby chandelier nightmare. Shoot the designer... Do the toilets in Aussie flush upside down?
- Mike LundgrenSeptember 5, 2011Be prepared--the walls are so thin it's like the people in the next room are talking from my closet. Very annoying.
- Eva MilonasJune 21, 2011Not a huge fan either. Paper thin walls so you hear everything from other rooms. Room service significantly over priced for Perth. Nice rooms, short walk to city centre.
- Anthony ColombiFebruary 6, 2011Hmm not a fan of this hotel, needs a serious refurb, staff could do with a lesson in customer service, over priced room service... Only upside is it has good view of the river.
- Peter CoxSeptember 22, 2011Agree about the paper thin walls...lots of noise from the rooms next door.
