Be ready to be discriminated, seeing workers behaving over ratio, hard to find polite personal and easy to offend them because you don't speak German (and you kindly ask them to speak English)
Sockets/plugs for charging available at the light gray departure/arrival signs (at least Terminal A/B) through/under which one can pass. Also on select pillars near departure gates (e.g. B23) !

Great airport. Easy to navigate and not at all intimidating. I love how they have been able to shrink the space from the gate to public transport. No unnecessary long walks, love it.
Buy your reading stuff before Security Check-In. The book stores are not as good inside security area. I can recommend the Japanese Sushi Restaurant outside as well! #DUS #airport

At Terminal C there's a great market with a VegetarianIsland. Serve yourself and pay by weight. It's a tasty & healthy offering. Try the patatas bravas and potatoes with dill and dijon
Get your food outside in the "Airport Arkaden" Area. Excellent Sushi. After security the choices are limited and overpriced. One of the few airports left with lots of smoking areas
Wifi is free only for 30 minutes. Otherwise, that's a pretty nice airport. Security checkpoints are modern, passport control is fast, coffee's also bearable.
First bistro which shows up at gate B: Bums & sandwiches look all pretty good BUT a tunabun which tastes like rubber for 6,20€ - Worth it... NOOOOT!!!!!
