Love this low key yet hip as hell hotel got everything：Pool, gym, great bars and restaurants！Not to mention less than $100 per night rooms that can be as low as $39！Great DT Vegas locale too！
Kevin MaguireNovember 13, 2014If you pick a hotel just for WiFi, then it doesn't get much better than this. But even past that - the Downtown Grand is a super cool, well located hotel in "Hipster Vegas". More East Side NYC than LV
- So many positives for staying downtown! Text Valet, a block from Fremont, plenty of good food in a short walk. Stay on the west side for a view of the sunset over the mountains and less bass:)
Great welcoming from staff. Nice and clean bedrooms. Great bars and food with happy hours. Close to great @Fremontstreet and buses to the Strip and Airport. Will go back there for sure.

Decent hotel with a spacious pool deck. A bit dislocated from the Strip and no proper breakfast restaurant apart from complimentary coffee and a cafe. No fridge or coffee maker in room is a minus
Check out the new rooftop pool called Picnic. Amazing drinks, awesome staff , and a great vibe!

Picnic is cool. The hotel is a great value overall. Good location too! Within walking distance of Freemont.

Rooms are big but the showers are tiny. Not sure how a big guy would fit in one
- Not sure it's "free" wifi when they tack on another $19.95 a day to cover the cost. Not happy with that surprise since there was no mention of this fee on the website when I booked the room.
- It's noisey until 2-2:30am when the bar next door closes. Lots of street noise
