Ches MartinJune 13, 2013Especially since the hotel is a bit removed from everything, services should be available later. Everything shuts down at 11. Gym and pool should be open 24 hours, need a late-night room service menu.

A SAugust 20, 2019Currently being renovated [Aug’19]. Nice view of marina and SF. Seems understaffed but somehow always woken up by cleaning ladies. Compare rates carefully, there is a $30 a night self-parking charge!!- This is the place to see beautiful sunsets and gorgeous views of San Francisco, the marina and bridges!

Eletta BonfantiJune 1, 2018Dirty & smells musty. Stained carpets. Marina views not worth the price. Spider web covered balcony. Fridge sounded like an alarm clock every 1/2 hour. Loud heat/AC waking me up throughout the night.
Carl HolscherJuly 5, 2014Don't stay here on Independence Day. The only road to the hotel is closed from 7pm to Midnight. The hotel staff said we could return before 12. We could not. We sat on the road for 90 minutes.
GusApril 8, 2022Awful service. They claim themselves pet friendly but they are not. We paid for a room with balcony for the dog and they gave us one without it telling that dogs can’t use balcony.
