If you aren't lucky enough to get one of the famous, fresh daily cronuts before they sell out, settle for the little madeleine's or the frozen s'more, both are great!
Each customer is limited to 2 cronuts per visit. It's def worth it though! I really enjoyed the desserts & atmosphere. Outdoor seating is available up front & in the back of the bakery!
We couldn't get enough of the Perfect Little Egg Sandwich. A tiny brioche bun holds a disk of lovely creamy steamed scrambled eggs topped by a dab of melted gruyere cheese. Read more
If you do not have an American palate (i.e. uber sweet tooth) skip Cronut & DKA; get a regular croissant (possibly the best I've had outside France) - the other two were way too sweet to be enjoyable.
If you're seeking the glorious croissantdoughnutCronut, be aware they sell out within an hour every morning and the queue begins at 7:30am. Or you can pre-order 1 week in advance.
For the love of god, don't ask about a Cronut after about 9am. It will be sold out. Tolerate the long line and try one of the other pastries (almond croissant, DKA, etc).
The Cronut Craze is going strong! The fried, crunchy outside and lightly layered inside with the sweet frosting changing monthly is mouthwatering. We’ll be back this July for the blackberry flavor.
6:30 is perfect time to be in Que for Sunday and 6:00am on regular days if you are Qued up way behind when they open the door I think you should go home
