Don GaffordOctober 10, 2013Terrible customer service. Our car looked like it had been through a war before we drove it. Inside smelled like feet. Take LOTS of pictures of any damage before you leave the lot. You will need them.

Bob RudderowMarch 18, 2011AWFUL customer service. Didn't find our reservation until we dug out the number, it was the wrong car and still unready, and upon exchange for correct car 2 hrs later claimed we had "scratched" it.
D KMay 11, 2011They charge you a fee for returning the car early even if you tell them before you rent the car. Not pleased with their service.
