    We loved the handmade noodles (Mom's laghman) but flavors of other dishes were milder than I expected (admittedly never had uyghur food before). Owners are extremely sweet people.

    Lamb kabobs Goshnan are great, but the real winners are the desserts. Try the Dolan or honey cakes.
