We use Spotted Trotter Charcuterie meats, H&F Bread Co. buns and ingredients from farmers we work with at farmers markets. Two traditional choices with Georgia Beef or Tofurkey include Ol' Yeller with Mustard, Ketchup, Sweet Onion And Doxie, with homemade Kraut and dark ale Mustard.
