    "Scenery fantastic. Service not. Asked about vegetarians, they said we could have 6 course vegetarian menu. Turned out we couldn't. Waiter seemed to think overcharging ok, as it was only small amount."

    "No garden up there, but the cafe on the 40th floor is actually quite reasonably priced. Observation deck nice. If you're on a real budget you can still ride the funky escalators to floor 39 for free"
