- I love the poached salmon salad w/ dill and tomatoes! It's delicious on tortilla chips, crackers or as a sandwich. Try the blackened tilapia sandwich! The chilean sea bass, salmon and tuna are great!

ASK them for recipes. They'll give you anything you want. Try the recipe for cooking red snapper is a salt crust. SO good. I live Dirk's.
