juicy pork dumplings are a mustt if you go here. always get at least one of those, and i also really love their green beans, chicken rice cakes, and spicy wontons. Also get their smoothies w/ boba!!!
don't be deceived by the fact that this spot is in a mall. outpost of the Tapei original and the best dim sum I've had outside of Asia. soup dumplings are redonk.
Bok Choy with garlic is amazing. Shrimp and pork soup dumpling is the best. And the porksticky rice is filled with tender fatty pork loin -- don't miss
This place is amazing. All of the garlicveggie plates are good sides. Always get several kinds if dumplings. The shrimp and pork wontons are a great addition to your meal as well.
Highly recommend the shrimp and pork wonton with spicy sauce and the shrimp and porkpot stickers. Delicious!! We also had the shaved icedessert, an aquired taste but great new experience.
Guests line up for the popular xiao long bao (juicy, steamy, one-bite soup dumplings), but the menu includes a variety of dishes, from pan-fried pork cutlets to the most full-bodied chicken soup.
Din Tai Fung is known for its high-quality xiao long bao, but also try the shrimp and pork shao mai. Also, bar seating can help you avoid the long waits in the main dining area.
Can’t go wrong with any of the dumplings but my fave are the soup dumplings and the spicy wontons - which has a nice light spicy sauce that’s not overly greasy like some I’ve had in the past.
Juicy pork dumpling is absolutely the best, the spicy beef noodle soup is a good partner for the dumplings. You can not go wrong at this place, the only thing better is going to Hong Kong.
Juicy pork dumplings are great. I like the hockeydumplings and the fried noodles. The shrimp fried rice is tasty. You really can't go wrong with anything. Even the spinach is amazing.
No wait at the bar. Rice cake with pork, yum!! The noodle dishes just mediocre. The spare ribs, incredible. spicy shrimp dumplings, so good. spicy pork & veg..no good!!
Terrific dumplings, but that's expected. Our waiter Andy was, perhaps, the nicest and most efficient server I've seen anywhere. Let's make him famous! Oh, and try the shrimp dumplings. Here's a photo

believe the hype: this taiwanese chain churns out some of the most nuanced, well-balanced and masterfully constructedxiao long bao you're going to find in the U.S.
Try pork & shrimp soup dumplings and shaved ice as dessert. Food wasn't as good as their Taipei location but was still very delicious! Expect to wait an hour for a table at dinner.
One of the few place to enjoy Chinese food while listening to Beyoncé lol. Slightly pricy but service was good. The table napkins looked like they could use a better cleaning though.
It's all about the XLB, but if you need to round out with a few sides, the pork chopfried rice, green beans, and wontons w/ chili sauce are (almost) equally special.
This place is known as Taiwanese, but the menu has authentic flavors from coastal mainland China, too. Reminds me of Beijing's fancy Southern China/Hong Kong/Taiwan style restaurants.
The coup represented by Bellevue scoring the only Northwest outpost of the revered Taiwanese chain Din Tai Fung cannot be overstated: Quite simply the finest xiao long bao in the universe. Read more
