Simple, nondescript, local hole-in-the-wall right on the northeast edge of downtown. Good people run the place, good value and usually good food. We think their burrito is a great value.
You go here for the atmosphere, the entertainment and to watch the delight on the kids faces (and first-timers!). The food you could get out of the freezer section of the supermarket.
Love the Asiago cheese bagel but they are always out! If it sells well why don't they make more? Food usually good, service usually poor so I only go when I have a coupon to make it worth the hassle.
Check Facebook/Twitter for location. Slow cooked, served in a bowl. Fav is Pulled Pork but recently duck, lamb and meatballs! Served with a grain and topped with unique sauces. And really good people.
One word: ChickenFriedSteak. Bar food, but good. Atmosphere is good if you like C&W music, Xtreme Fight Night and a honky-tonk version of Hooters. Family friendly during the day, after shopping.
