We went last night and the receipt said suggested and gives you a total if agree with the total suggested. The tip was not included in your total. How many was in your party size? Party size differece
Their food is decent, but I go for the games. This place is in the vicinity of several good resturaunts, and the Eat & Play combo only gets you like nine games. Their games are the best!
Food isn't bad. Very crowded during peak times. Go early if you want a table or a seat at the bar. I really would only go here to let my son play games.
people like you are the reason they have to add that on, they would never make money. Second waitress' make 3.63/hour ,work for tips remember that when you go out especially a place that big!
Offering a limited 15 item menu, and a late night menu after 10pm. Providing gloves and hand sanitizer for guests while playing games. Bar and tables are open at 50% capacity Gratuity is not included.
Came for their $15.99 Eat & Play and was disappointed to learn that it ends @ 5PM on Fridays and Saturdays. The manager was kind enough to extend the offer to us anyway. That's customer service!
I'd gladly tip 20+ % if I ever got service. Been there 10 times over 5 years. Only had good service once. I feel like I'm inconveniencing the wait staff by eating there... abhorrent service...
I thought this place was for adults. The place does not follow regulation for sweeping out under 18 people. Long lines. Rude customers. Employees seemed to not want to assist when needed
The service charge is only 16%???!!! That's so low and totally ripping off the server or bartender...it should be 18%, and if you're a real human being, 20.
You know what Arundel needs? It needs more winning. More Arcade first dates with virtual reality zombie kills. More Strawberry Watermelon Margarita cocktails at happy hour with coworkers. More Baltimore Ravens touchdown dances on absurdly large TV screens every gameday...
