Top hotel, outstanding service. The weekend we stayed there the small but beautiful spa was almost always empty. I don’t like hotel breakfasts - but this one is one oft the best I know in Germany.

Phenomenally beautiful hotel. It was love at first sight. Balcony looked down on the wild ponies and ostriches of the Berlin zoo. Please stay here if you get a chance.

The staff is too rude. The door man started a fight with me because I locked my bike to a lamp post outside of the hotel (on a public street). The reaction of the management was bad as well.
