Dan Pyatetsky: Very good sweetgreen alternative. I got the lemon garlic and creamy poblano dressings. Would try something more acidic and seasoned next time.
Dan Pyatetsky: I go here every week. Recently had the half chicken for the first time. Best smoked chicken I’ve ever had. Lots of black pepper and the skin is crispy, not leathery. I continue to ride for RSBBQ.
Dan Pyatetsky: One of the best meals I’ve had in a while. Ribs and chicken were 10/10. Beef chuck is solid - closer to roast beef than brisket. Smoked cabbage was wild, warmth in a cup. Will be back again.
Dan Pyatetsky: Definitely gonna be part of the weekly diet. Garden bento with salmon is great. Especially enjoyed the cucumbers, kale, mushrooms, avocado. The salmon is perfect, gonna ask for skin next time.
Dan Pyatetsky: I’ve eaten here 5 times in the last 3 days. Wings, Lous green sauce, are amazing. Greek salad is solid but East Side Crunch w/ chicken is still my favorite
Dan Pyatetsky: Great. Brisket and ribs were super, jalapeno cheese sausage will probably be skipped going forward. Open for dinner which is uncommon for bbq in Austin.
Dan Pyatetsky: Most satisfying tacos I’ve had in a while. Tripa was SO bomb. Other good things: chicharron guisado, beef cheek, barbacoa. They’re tiny so you can try a bunch.
Dan Pyatetsky: Favorite meal so far in Austin (and best bbq too). Final bill was way lower than I expected too. Fatty brisket was incredible, sunomono, mackerel and ribs were great. Both skewers I got were just ok.
Dan Pyatetsky: Could eat this Kale Caesar with hard boiled egg every day. Marcona almonds and chopped anchovies make it restaurant quality. Also it’s massive and $12. Better than Sweetgreen.
Alex Pyatetsky: Epitome of well designed 3rd wave coffee shop. Reminiscent of Intelligentsia in Venice sans cult. Has outlets, but could get tight on busy day. Good internet. Ambiance A+++. Didn’t try coffee.
