Stayed here 6 months already (business trip), suite room on top-most floor. staff are so friendly and kind, especially Heather from frontdesk, Walter from shuttle service and Chris from engineer dept.

Front desk so helpful. I just watched the staff go outside to give directions to an elderly guest .
Natalia PliczkaJune 7, 2013The wireless has sucked for me. Make sure to request a room with an Ethernet connection just in case (there are only 40 of them). Also, no refrigerators/microwaves.- They need to improve room service. I stayed in a suite room on top-most floor for 6 months, cobwebs everywhere, they seldom wash the dishes too. :(
