Tapas are amazing here: from the grill, the fryer, the garden. Something for everyone!! The Ibericoham melts in your mouth, the white asparagus is bright with a "light as foam" house made aioli.
An absolutely delicious meal. We loved the berenjenes con miel (my favorite), ensalada de remolacha, ensalada verde, jamón serrano con manzana y queso azul, and the patatas bravas. Add sangria on top!
The spinach salad is a must to start followed by mushrooms and the lamb skewers, the pulpo (octopus) and then the egg plant drizzled with honey to finish. All of the above are to die for.
We had like 7-8 dishes, all were fabulous but would highlight the lamb skewers alongside the stuffed red peppers and the patatas bravas. The Emilio Moro Tempranillo was also a hit. 🍷
A great Spanish Restaurant outside Spain. It was a wonderful experience, the tapas are delicious, such as eggplant with honey, pulpo a la galego, jamon ibérico com quejo. We enjoyed to go to Cúrate.

Esquire: Curate gives food scene shot of adrenaline w/paella and garlic shrimp and jamón ibérico. Best bean dish in U.S.: Asturian stew ("fabada") that’s luscious w/fat of housemadechorizo & morcilla
From the ambiance to the variety of both the food and wine menus, my family and I truly enjoyed our entire experience. Wonderful food and attentive service on a bustling Saturday night.
Incredible tapas. Best meal we had while visiting Asheville. Don’t leave the city without eating here. The rossejat negro (pictured here) is so good we ordered a second one.
Delicious Spanish tapas right on the main drag. Tortilla, mushrooms, pork steak were particular highlights. If the watermelonsherry is on special at the bar, GET IT
Amazing! I had the octopus & the squidsandwich, which melted in my mouth and the eggplant, yum! Get reservations, they book weeks ahead, or go for lunch and sit at the bar.
Charcuterie plate was delicious to start. Who thought sauteed mushrooms could be soo good?! Finished it all off with the delicious paella. Sitting at the kitchen was cool to watch the cooks at work.
We tried stuffed red peppers, octopus, lardo, jamon mix, bacalao among others. We were happy with everything. We got a sandwich for our kids, and it came in 4 pieces, was delicious too.
Sit at the bar so you can watch the chefs and order the peppers stuffed with goat cheese and the lamb skewers. Save room for the chocolate mousse too! Delicious.
must haves: ROSSEJAT NEGRO - reminded me of okonomiyaki in looks. it's the squid inkvermicelli version of paella. so yum! also, the "lardoiberico ahumado" was amazing! it was like the perfect bite.
This place was fantastic! We loved the goat cheesestuffed peppers, octopus, fried eggplant, garlic shrimp... not a single dish of the 7 we tried disappointed.
Stellar food! They know their dishes and can probably pair them better than you. Iberico selections are best I've had. This place is equal to anything in New York - DO NOT MISS IT!
Ask for the daily specials, they are awesome. The bacalao was really good. Brunch menu was yummy. Spanish omelette a were beautifully done. Fresh squeezed orange juice = divine.
Sit at the bar right in front if the grill... South fun to see how it's all prepared! Eggplant was to die for and the oxtail was DELISH!!!! Everything was wonderful.... Can't go wrong with anything!

Order the gazpacho, fried eggplant w/ honey+rosemary, pan con tomato w/ anchovies, ensalada de verano and rosemary ice cream. Skip the patatas pravas for more sangria.
Great Food! Great Atmosphere! Great Service! The desserts were amazing! Christina was awesome! P.S., try the chocolate mousedessert, it will blow ur mind!
A good Spanish restaurant in the US. Still as a Spanish, I'd say that some things were adapted to American taste, so they were a bit disappointing to me. Croquetas were really good tough.
The eggplant IS amazing and is a must have everytime I go. The acorn-fed pig is pricey but definitely worth experiencing! The ham MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH! literally.
