Cape Town Tandem ParaglidingSeptember 4, 2013Wear closed shoes. Bring a windstopper. It is advisable to wear a hat, and sunglasses. Flying from Lion's Head there is a 10-20 minute hike so bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
