Try the Carrot Cake - With orange rind, cream cheese icing and candied walnuts. Light and delicious. Quite possibly the best carrot cake I've ever had.

Tge Chacuterie platter was a highlight with reisling from- Try the Caramelized Onion & Buffalo Ricotta Tart - Light and flaky crust, sumptuous filling. With arugula salad + crispy black kale.

- Try the Mini Dessert Sampler - Salted caramel toffee, whisky truffle + almond biscotti. The toffee definitely takes the cake.

Chef Michael Stadtländer will be serving up his sumptuous, local and organic menu at the @EarthDayCanada Gala on June 6th at The Drake- Try the Seared Trout - With pancetta, pea "hash" + mussels vinaigrette. Crispy skin, tender and juicy meat.

- Winterlicious lunch here was delicious but service is snail pace. There was our table of 5, a table of 14 + another table of 2. It turned into a 2 hour lunch.
