- Priya SaiprasadNovember 6, 2012Fun and eclectic mix of classes throughout the day. But the locker rooms and showers are awful in comparison to competitors like Equinox and the Bay Club. Shower at home!
- By far the best crunch in SF!!! The classes are almost as good as Sunsets in LA. Whoever teaches spin Monday nights and Wednesday at noon is the best! Bottom line!
- When I can't bicycle in Sonoma or Napa on my day off.. Wednesday.. My favorite thing to do is take Brian's Party Ride Spin class at 1215. He's awesome and his class kicks my butt ☺
- Weights are never put up in the right spot. Trainers will use bench press for workouts that could use the free weight benches instead during busy hours.
- Roberto is one of the best! He leads the Diesel (also known as Bikini Body) on Tuesdays 6:30pm. Take this for 6 weeks straight and your bod is sure to be rockin!
- The men's locker room has an iron. Really nice add if you just throw your work clothes in a gym bag.
- This is a clean, full service gym. Mornings can be too crowded that I dread having to shower and get ready here.
- If you're signing up for a training session, ask for Alex B. Best trainer I've ever had
- AWESOME YOGA CLASSES!Brian's Rise and Flow -- on M & W mornings.Ron's Happy Hour Hatha -- on F Evenings and Vinyasa on S Mornings.Silvie's Vinyasa Heat -- on T and TH Nights.
- Lisa RaphaelMay 27, 2019Micheal’s yoga/Pilates/ballet classes are the absolute bestttttt (literally why I haven’t canceled my membership!!)
- Lunch time is less crowded, make sure you claim a spot in your favorite class
- Pound class with Michelle is awesome! Makes Mondays fun!
- The classes here are great and there are some pretty awesome trainers if you can afford it
- Love my yoga classes here. They have a dedicated yoga room so there is a good variety of classes offered. The folks that work are friendly as well.
- The earlier the better. Before noon is the best and least crowded.
- Lizzy GregoryJanuary 12, 2017Great gym, but the towels are way too small and it can be really crowded.
- Brian's yoga at 7am on mon/wed is the best. Start your day off right!
- Take Michael's yoga or ballet class on Monday evenings. He's wonderful in every way and always plays ecclectic music.
- Sean GuerraNovember 17, 2011I don't know who's in charge of the music or television selection (on any one of their 6 60" flat screens), but they should be fired...just saying
- don't expect a treadmill to be open between 5:15-6:30! arrive early to get your spot!
- I wouldn't use the hairdryer in the Men's locker room if I were you. Just saw a guy dry his feet and then his balls with it.
- Think you're in shape?? Try Andre's two 7 am classes and you might need to reevaluate! Ass kickers!
- Big fan of the classes here- cardio kickboxing and The Ride (indoor cycling)
- Trulia.com has a corporate discount, your company should get one too!
- Sean KosofskyDecember 16, 2019This place is a scam. Do NOT sign up for training packages because they aren't honoring the plain terms of the contracts. I injured myself at this location and they won't refund my remaining sessions
- Saturday AM best time to go. You get it out of the way and have the whole gym to yourself
- Less than a handful of people here before 9am any day -- prime time!
- The best time to go is either before 8am or after 7pm during weekdays.
- Beach bikini body season!! Perfect for this dreary rainy day ;D
- Anti Gravity Yoga is the best way to unwind after a long week. Read more
- The mouthwash and handsoap are the same color and in a similar container in the men's locker room. Beware.
- Bill EmmackJune 7, 2013Worst customer service I've seen anywhere in a long time. And buyer beware—if you cancel, they'll charge you 2 months *after* you cancel, then send a collection agency after you and trash your credit.
- Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The stuff in the shower is bad news.
- Watch out for the homeless guy doing his laundry in the shower. Ugh.
