Newly renovated rooms look great . Good size room and bathroom with large shower. Location fantastic across the road from Crown casino and Convention and exhibition building.

Convenient on the river. Crown Plaza needs to upgrade decor, rooms, bathrooms, towels & amenities. Food also not up to Melbourne standards. Faded glory like. But very, very helpful and friendly staff!- Staying in a top floor? Relax in a chair by the elevators and enjoy the beautiful view!
