The new rooms are immaculate! On a waiting list but the swankiest contemporary look in Atlanta. 3 restaurants, Club Lounge, a Starbucks in the lobby & THE GARDENS!!! The heated pool & dry sauna a +.

One of the best staff I have EVER encountered. REAL, caring people from the moment you step in the door. This hotel has changed my mind about the brand, I will only stay at Crowne Plaza's.

The hotel recently received a top to bottom renovation. The public spaces and rooms are very nice! There's also a nice walking area behind the hotel with trees, benches, water features, etc.

Great communal areas though some of the rooms are a bit hit and miss. Try the burger in the Mix bar! Nice sun terrace in the summer too-noone ever there.

Definitely do not care for the parking garage!!! However, it is close to an awesome mall and there is very friendly staff!!

Well located place not far from the city with even lots to offer within vicinity. Great lobby and natural trail but the rooms could use some updating.

Disappointed with service! My husband paid for the romantic night out for valentine's day, which included wine, chocolate covered strawberries and breakfast in bed. Needless to say we got NOTHING!

Check out The Mix for sleek decor, food, drinks, billiards, r&r -- especially cool, the massage chair in the corner of The Mix lounge area. Bliss.

This is my second time here because it's the place that the conference always select. It's mediocre, but the rooms have improved than last time. The lobby could use an upgrade. Decent staff.

Shuttle runs every 10 minutes to the Marta station. Marta stops at 1AM and a cab from midtown or Buckhead can near $50.

Property is nice, location is good & staff was ok. For a high end hotel, the attention was lacking. Old, slow elevators, no Club, broken tv remote & shower head, white glass desk, so no optical mouse.

The ac in my room is either freezing (59 degrees) or scalding (85 indoors!) Toilet overflowed, tv was out for more than 24 hours....ugh!

Staff was annoying. Room smelled like mildew and mold. It took over a half hour and two calls to the front desk to get another room. Was harassed by cleaning staff over checkout time. Never again.

The staff was nice, but the rooms are very dated. Had to change rooms because our first one was infested with ants.

It sucks ....don't turn your head to talk to someone while you eat the staff will take your plate ... They hovered over my kids while they ate !!! Rooms sockets are hanging out of walls !!!
