Great service all around.The room itself felt new, clean, and modern. Nice new television and clean bathroom.The hotel is located downtown close to the North Market and a couple bars just a walk away.

The Crowne Plaza is one of the Columbus Clippers favorite hotels, and is a super short walk from Huntington Park! Catch a game then a great night's sleep.

Really nice! Centrally located, great rooms/beds/pillows. Parking valets took extra care of our equipment van. Friendly staff.

The 12th floor is the executive level and has a club room with drinks and snacks in the morning and during happy hour.

When we booked (months ago), they had a swimming pool. As of October it was closed, permanently. Would have been nice to be told this.

The wireless internet pass work is changed frequently =) If you are a Gold or Platinum Priority club member wifi is given to you for free!

Internet is not included, no snack vending machines on site & cafe is rarely open; so if you need a snack for medical reasons or otherwise ... pack them yourself!

Thankful is the password right now. Nice hotel but the staff needs to have the collective stick removed from their asses.

Location is nice, but everything seems a little dated. They promise they are renovating starting Jan '19, so maybe things will improve.

Stay at red roof inn instead- cheaper rooms, MUCH cheaper parking, breakfast and it's only 1/2 a block further from the convention center. This place is overrated.

Valet is expensive and internet password changes frequently! But the staff and accommodations are nice

The front desk personnel are never consistent, sometime nice and sometime rude. Today the lady was rude. Nice location, ignore the rest.

To change the alarm time on a Sony Dream Machine, first hold the alarm button. Then use the fwd/rev buttons.
