Unlike others here, I like this place. Nice, attentive staff & generally quiet rooms. Local to all of downtown, and easy access to the major expressways.
Wonderful hotel all around! Friendly front desk. Great restaurant and bar! Right near great white plains night life!
M HJune 23, 2013Friendly girls @ the desk, despite 2 bus loads of disorganized, squealing teens checking in. Must pay for parking & the attendant is pretty rude. Don't forget to ask for a parking sticker @ the desk.

Internet is free if you're a Crowne rewards member. Membership is free to sign up online. Plus they don't treat you like such an ahole if you call the desk and ask for something.

Run down hotel. Last time I stayed here door latch was pulled out from trim from someone trying to break in room. Wifiis hit or miss. This time it is working good

"Make sure you make the visit worth the parking fee- mine was $4 for 1.5 hours- geez! Parking garage a nightmare when it's crowded. Beautiful mall but very "uppety" shops and stores."
