All new athletes must complete two On-Ramp personal training sessions before they can enroll in group classes. These classes are designed to introduce you to the basic CrossFit movement techniques. You must pay before your first session by credit/debit card online or you can come by during our normal class times and pay by cash or check. If you need to miss a scheduled session for any reason call to reschedule at least 2 hours ahead of time otherwise you forfeit your payment for that session.
