The cold brew is an espresso roast from Verve called Sermon. It delivers a strong mouth with a moderately deep and course body. The sting is mostly gone from cold brewing, but still earthy/bitter.
Ether is subject to extra roasting time, so the tones are smoky, sweet focused in the body of the cup. The flavors present are green grape, chocolate and burnt clove.
Iconic midcentury spot not to be missed: large portions for cheap eats; wish gyro meat was thin strips but falafel is superb as is hummus and tabbouleh .. 2 thumbs up
