No elevator for parking garage, A/C didn't work in hotel. If every other place is sold out, then consider this place.

Nice little quality hotel on the quiet Lido, just off the Vaporetto stop (straight to both San Marco and to the airport). Ask for a room with a view on the Laguna; it's worth it!
Make sure you book for dinner as this place is normally wall to wall full of sky tv installers.
