Amazing interiors but always busy; it's inside of an old Bank building and the architectural details are quite distracting, but they're used to students working there; even have private offices!
Interesting concept for coffee shop / workplace. The fairmount bagel with salmon and avocado was amazing. It had some cilantro with sea salt which gave it a great taste
Inspiring place to get shit done and free wi-fi. Had a buonissimo white flat and a great chat with the lovely staff. Make sure to chat with Joe (I think they call him the 'bagel boy'), he's so funny.
It's a working space but it is so beautiful that it's worth the visit. Staff is very friendly and coffee and food are good. It was built inside an old bank and the decor is just grand!
Beautiful space, with a laid back atmosphere. Easy to get a seat. The breakfast eggs are delicious, although it surprised me they were cold. Make sure you try their homemade chocolatebars.
Interesting to see an old bank repurposed for a café & coworking space. Good coffee, on beans from Cut Coffee in Toronto. Bagels from Fairmount, also good. A bit of a tourist spectacle, though.
My fav cafe in Montreal ♥️ The interior is unbelievable .. it’s built inside a beautiful old bank .. their chia pudding is life ! granola bar is excellent too ♥️
Buy a day pass if you are in Montreal and want to get some work done. There are plenty of seats in the cafe but day pass would give you more freedom and space.
The coffee here is bar-none the best coffee I've had in recent memory. Amazing place to hang out, get tons of work done, and eat healthy delicious snacks all day!
Come for the architecture and um, leave? The coffee is plain, prices decent but service is slow. Like 20 minutes wait for a latte. Bring your own coffee and enjoy the beautiful building instead.
I'm a little mixed on this space. On the one hand the big, open, former bank is gorgeous. On the other hand, it's such a massive space that it can feel a little cold.
