Nicholas Chu: Super fun! Set in a beautiful Maori village, the Maori welcome the visitors in ceremony, then taken on a tour explaining some aspects of the traditional Maori life. Ends with a delicious hangi meal.
Taezar .: Great camping option. Camping only $2 more expensive than the entrance fee and you get the pools from 6am. Kitchen facilities limited but you're here for the pools!

Leroy Brown: Pretty interesting architecture. Love hundertwassers works and a pretty interesting man. Not sure if most kiwis understand how amazing he was, but for those who are interested this is a must.
Bluebridge Cook Strait Ferry: Allow plenty of time to make the most of your visit. To avoid disappointment check the performance time to experience a Maori cultural performance of traditional and contemporary song and dance.
Ali Anderson: Amazing tour! Do the black water canyoning - you will ab-sail, zip line, float, walk, and climb. Worth the ticket price for the experience. Staff is supper supportive and helpful the entire way.

Tommie Nordholm: Really nice place to catch up. Bring a coffee from one of the cafés and cool down with a good book in the grass. Or maybe working off some of those emails via the public wifi (free for 60 minutes).
Andrew Spear: If you're traveling between Taupo and Rotorua this is a great stop. It's a very impressive thermal mud pool and it won't cost you a thing!
