BBQ Snob: Tyler Harp is serving the best sliced brisket I’ve ever tried in KC. For now he serves Saturday only at @CraneBrewing. 11-sold out, which was 1:30 today. Great ribs and corn too.

Yes, take the dirt road to their big crane logo on the side of a warehouse. Rough around the edges space. Focus on great weiss, gose and saison types. Try a few with a beer flight of half pours! 🍻

Crane specializes in sour, funky beers! It’s a little out of the way, but the beer is worth it!
