A lovely hotel whichever section you end up staying in. The staff is top notch, the service is impressive, and the facilities are all in excellent shape. This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town.
I've stayed at the hotel during the new year days,, view is fantastic.. Staff are so professional.. breakfast is great, and the hotels taxi drivers are the best taxis in istanbul👍

Ok It is not Michelin-rated Restaurant, but you should Tuğra Restaurant. Wonderful dishes with wonderful palace. You will love the atmosphere over there. And you will treat as a Sultan.
Totally lives up to its name. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a great sea view. Wonderful service, delicious breakfast. Lovely lounges in the palace gardens by the Bosphorus. Superb.- I'm in love with this amazing view of the Bosphorus! Just the best! Staff is very friendly, the bedrooms are clean.👍😍
