I'm Marriott gold. Get welcome gift at every property. Not even a free water here and no upgrade after dropping 139 a nite. Ok Hilton down the street, see u next week

Mindy CheekMay 1, 2013Have a negotiated rate that they never seem to have on file. Front desk guy was not willing to help me and told me I had to pay regular rate. I asked for manager who was extremely helpful.
