My room was great. Exactly what you would expect from a Marriott hotel. The staff was wonderful and I had absolutely no complaints. My room overlooked the pool.

Short walk to many restaurants and boutique shopping. Maybe not a good choice for those sensitive to a bit of daytime noise as it's adjacent to a fire station and the train tracks.

Great place to stay in walking distance to ASU. Elizabeth, desk staff, from PA was wonderful! Would stay there again.

Front desk is great. Try to get an upper floor to escape the noise.

Katie (at the front desk) is awesome. Ask for her recommendations if you're looking for restaurants or things to do.

Make sure you DO NOT get a room on the Ash Avenue side; crazy noisy all night long and a train runs by at 4am.

Been here 5+ times
My room sucks! No mirrors in my room except bathroom. Not ideal for business travel. Only amenity is free wifi. Will not book again!
