The scene was great: I felt like I was walking into a 90's Grunge club, alt rock on the radio and all. The food was delicious and service attentive. I definitely recommend this spot.
AMAZING. I take guests that are in town here all the time for a new experience and it has been a hit every time, for anyone who hasn't been there you HAVE to try it, the Cajun and Royale are my fav
Bringing England to Tempe. All of the pasties are great but I like the stick with the basics, like The Oggie or The Shepherd's Pie. The Pilgrim is really good for one of their unique originals.
Cornish has quickly become my favorite restaurant. The atmosphere and staff are just as incredible as the food. I recommend trying the Pilgrim pasty. Also: They have additional parking in the back.
My personal favorite is the Chicken Tiki Masalapastry! But the Chicken Pot Pie, Rosemary chicken is also amazing. The cheesy mashed taters with cheese is delicious but will feed 4 people!
The Italian is awesome but my new fave is the Carne Adoveda. Try it with a Sonoran White Chocolateale, the sweetness from the beer is a great contrast to the spiciness of the Carne.
Brings the UK to Tempe. Every pasty is great but I like the basics, The Shepherd's Pie and the Oggie. The Pilgrim is one of their best unique originals. The restaurant feels like an authenticpub.
Hip, railroad-car-size establishment specializing in Cornwall's answer to the potpie, the pasty. Traditionally, these are filled with steak, onion, rutabaga and potato, and are referred to as oggies. Read more
I keep meaning to try a new item on Cornish diverse menu, but the Italian has a hold on me. All of the best Italian meats, baked into a flakey buttery pasty, with a side of marinara. Yum!
This place is fantastic! The food is incredible and it has such a fun atmosphere. I love how the food is so portable and still super delicious. My favorite is the chicken pot pie pasty!
There take out for finishing at home later is great. Get your favorite and enjoy them later in the week. I bought 2 originals and they didn't last a week, wanted more!!!
The price is not bad. Good beer selections. If you're looking for something hearty and worth your money go with the chicken pot pie. The selections are wide and it's something new to try.
The Royale (with extra cheese) here is one of my favorite meals after a long night of hitting the bars. This is the best "booze mop" you'll ever taste in your life.
Never had a bad pasty here. They're great if you have a mixed group of food needs in your party - they're great with vegetarian and vegan options. (Call ahead to order the vegan pasties)
The number of draft and craft beers is extensive. But no fear, the hearty Pasties will give you the sustenence to try more than one. The meat and cheese pasty is always a solid choice.
All of the pasties here are fantastic. You can’t go wrong, and the red wine gravy is delicious. Be sure to save room at the end of your meal for Banoffee Pie. You won’t regret it!
Each and every pasty is tasty; pick your international food of choice and get it baked with love. Love the chicken tikka masala and the peppered steak. Finish it off with the peanut butter pasty!
The pepper steak is the best pasty, but be careful they sell out almost every night. I have tried almost half the Pastys and I will personally guarantee this fact!
you have to try the cajun chicken or the rosemary chicken; they seriously taste like heaven! plus, this place sells Boddingtons beer which is hard to find at restaurants in Phoenix, ooh so good
Two words for you: Glorified. Hot pockets. Well, I guess that's three, but the point is these pasties are bomb. Speaking of bombs, I hear that if you're a drinker the Car Bombs are the way to go.
Good grub and beer joint. Avg to above avg pastys baked Argentine-style-empanadas. Reminds me of NYC with it's tight quarters and open view of kitchen for all patrons walking in or sitting at the barRead more
Make sure to spread the love as Will B. mentions. I've been there over a dozen times, and have yet to try the same Pasty twice. If there is one place you can order anything and it's good, it's here.
British restaurant in Tempe located on University Dr and Hardy offering traditional English pasties with vegetarian and vegan options, pub fare, salads, soups, desserts, and a full bar.
