Great hotel with a decent buffet. The location is the most convenient. Walking distance to Big Ben, Trafalgar Sq and Buckingham Palace. They play close attention to your needs.

the doorman knows your name though you've never met. a Lord of the things sculpture lurks in the lift lobby. dimly lit nooks all around. Welcome home

Beautiful, modern hotel. Comfy beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good Diamond treatment. The lounge is very relaxing with great food, and was never too busy during our stay.

Yet an other great Conrad hotel in the hilton chain. Great service and atmosphere in this rather small hotel. As a former Londoner I like the location :-)

Deluxe rooms have a very cool TV. If you use Hhonors rewards it's possible to get a.£400 room at a very reasonable rate.

Expensive but very friendly staff. Spotless rooms and the water in rooms is free very important for tourist that they are used in their countries were the the water can be consumed freely.

Rooms are really small by Conrad's standards. But the location made up for it, just steps from the St James Underground station.

Excellent location, beautiful rooms with almost everything up to 5-star hotel standards, except the service! There staff "tries" but fails to meet expectations, which for a 5-star hotel is a failure.
