Very good hotel suites, fully equipped with kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, cockers, toaster, also washer & dryer, desk & sofas. Good breakfast, really delicious! Excellent location. Affordable.

Erik RowleyJanuary 3, 2014Nice hotel, rooms come with kitchens. Use the valet parking at the Hard Rock Hotel next door. Homeless people sometimes hang out in the lobby and ask for a place to stay.
Perfect location to stay in a visit to Chicago. If you enjoy walking, you can go pretty much everywhere in downtown from here, and is close to several subway stations. Staff is also great!
My Navy Pier tip is typed wrong. Go out the door, turn RIGHT, cross the street, turn left, cross Michigan Ave., keep walking about 100 feet and you ate at the bus stop for Navy Pier.- Take a CTA Bus route 124 to Navy Pier. Go out the door, go left crossing the street, make an immediate left crossing Michigan Ave and in another 100 ft you are at the bus stop sign.
Great staff, very nice and helpful. Superb location! Large suites. View on Chicago River. Breakfast could do with an upgrade.

Looking for a room with a VIEW - The City View Queen Room has the Michigan Avenue Bridge View, the King Suite does not - just FYI!
